This is the emergency hot line for urgent inner organizational issues dealing with actions taken against sites and organizations by outside forces. In case of site shut downs from viruses you can inform others of the how the virus came in and also of your status at present, so that others may know when they may be able to recontact you in the future, or assist you in some way with your problems. It is the policy of HN that sites taken down by viruses will receive calls for support in news items from other members (taking part in cooperation) so that such sites can receive added visitor numbers in their time of need. With the additional help of other organizations, that will help the attacked site with their own efforts at informing and encouraging visitation to sites recovering from threats, it is hoped that trust will be gained at such times. It is in all the organizations interest to show such hackers that they will be met by unity and a medium term reestablishment of the sites they attack, thus removing the incentive to attack any sites in the first place (for they will quickly be back on their feet and in some cases have more visitors than before).
